What you will do:

Lead and manage a team of social workers in the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub to respond effectively to safeguarding concerns.
Oversee case assessments and decision-making, ensuring timely intervention and support for children and families.
Collaborate with partner agencies including police, healthcare professionals, and educators to develop safeguarding strategies.
Monitor case progress and team performance, providing guidance to maintain high standards of practice.
Implement policies and procedures, assessing and improving operational effectiveness.
Provide leadership during case discussions and attend multi-agency meetings as required.
