HSEQ AdvisorUK-wide / Regional | £45,000 + benefits We’re working with a facilities management provider to recruit an HSEQ Advisor, supporting safe, compliant and high-quality service delivery across sites and projects.This is a hands-on role focused on audits, inspections, contractor management and practical HSEQ support.Key Responsibilities Provide HSEQ advice and support to operational teams and clients.Carry out audits, inspections and risk assessments.Investigate incidents and manage RIDDOR reporting where required.Review contractor RAMS and monitor on-site compliance.Support HSEQ initiatives, campaigns and behavioural safety.Produce clear reports and performance updates. What We’re Looking For NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent).Experience in an HSEQ role within FM, construction or a similar environment.Good knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.Confident, practical approach with strong influencing skillsWorking knowledge of CDM 2015 – desirable. QSHE ManagerFlexible location (UK travel required)£55,000 + benefitsJoin a leading facilities management organisation as a QSHE Manager, supporting operational teams to deliver high standards of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental performance across a multi-site portfolio.This is a hands-on role with national exposure, offering the chance to influence safety culture, support contract teams, and help maintain robust management systems across the business.Key Responsibilities Provide QSHE support to contract and operational management teams.Carry out site inspections, audits, and follow up on actions and non-compliances.Support risk assessments, method statements, and contract safety plans.Lead and support accident and incident investigations.Develop and deliver QSHE training where required.Support client audits and contract mobilisation activity.Contribute to the national QSHE team and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain and support certification to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. What We’re Looking For QSHE experience within Facilities Management, M&E, or multi-site environments.Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and statutory compliance.Experience working with ISO management systems.Confident communicator with strong influencing skills.NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence.
