Support continuous improvement initiatives using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle. Provide technical feedback to improve maintenance scheduling, parts planning, and frequency of tasks. Conduct pre- and post-maintenance quality checks to ensure operational standards. Manage lubrication mapping and execution, contributing to process simplification. Train and support teams on equipment knowledge, basic fault diagnosis, and autonomous maintenance routines. Lead root cause analysis sessions and deliver technical support where required. Maintain and promote strong 5S and Health & Safety standards across all areas. Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or Time-Served Apprenticeship (essential). Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience (70/30 split either way). Good knowledge of UK Health & Safety standards. 18th Edition qualification (preferred).
