What you will do Manage a caseload of adults with complex mental health needs, providing autonomous and skilled nursing care. Undertake comprehensive mental health and risk assessments, developing person-centred care plans. Implement and review care plans in line with CPA and recovery-focused models, supporting individuals in the community.
