This hands-on, senior role will support the safe and efficient running of electrical and control systems across the facility, ensuring all machinery is operational and production-ready each day.  Key Requirements Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Strong hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within FMCG or manufacturing environments or Armed Forces (REME, ARMY, NAVY, RAF) Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage complex technical challenges. Logical, proactive, and able to mentor less-experienced engineers. Flexible, cooperative, and able to work permanent night shifts.
