You’ll ensure compliance, lead maintenance projects, and act as the first point of contact for restaurant teams and contractors.You will collaborate with others to ensure that inventory and document are all kept up to date. This role is about exceptional organisational skills, amazing communication and a sense of urgency. The design and delivery teams are co-located, supporting a collaborative and fast-paced working environment with a strong and growing project pipeline. This is a varied role combining hands-on highways design with technical leadership and support to junior engineers. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise and proven experience delivering highway infrastructure projects from concept through to construction. Responsibilities:- Deliver multidisciplinary highway projects, managing priorities and reviewing infrastructure designs from project inception through to construction. - Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, specifications, and schedules. - Provide technical and construction support to site teams. - Supervise and mentor engineers and graduates within the design team. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and client requirements.
