Their sites are absolutely stunning, and they are continuing their sustainable growth trajectory with high-end openings already scheduled for 2026.We are looking for a dynamic Head of Maintenance with a sense of urgency and excellent people skills. You will lead, develop and deploy a team of 3 technicians and remain hands-on across the estate. This is all about using your common sense and taking pride in these gorgeous restaurant assets. We do want someone who will go the extra mile and who has multi-site hospitality experience in their locker.The Role The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of all venues, ensuring facilities are fully operational, safe, and compliant. This includes managing day-to-day maintenance issues, coordinating with external contractors, and implementing systems to maintain high standards across the venues. You will be responsible for both building fabric and equipment and will need to build relationships with key specialist supplier and contractors.The very exciting thing about this role is being able to make your mark on it.
