Advisors will sell a wide range of products and services to new and existing customers, including mobiles, SIM-only plans, tablets, laptops, smart watches, home broadband, TV, 4G Wi-Fi and insurance. The role involves having personalised conversations to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and retain customers considering cancellation. Advisors will work towards monthly revenue, conversion and service targets while delivering an excellent customer experience through both new sales and retention enquiries.Customer Service Advisor pay:  £25,087 with a pay rise after 6 months in the business
