This role focuses on managing the full sales process—from lead generation to closing—while ensuring clients receive an exceptional, personalised experience.Key Responsibilities Drive new business through proactive lead management, enquiry handling, proposal development, and negotiation.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) with accurate tracking and reporting.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and event teams to deliver seamless client handovers and maximise cross-selling opportunities.Develop long-term relationships with retreat leaders, corporate clients, and event organisers to encourage repeat business.Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities. Skills & Experience Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within hospitality, events, or wellbeing sectors.Strong track record in managing the complete sales cycle and achieving targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.CRM proficiency, with strong organisational and time management abilities.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a collaborative approach. Knowledge or passion for the retreat, wellbeing, or luxury hospitality industries is desirable.Experience working with premium venues or event destinations.
