Work collaboratively with health, housing, and other partner agencies. What We’re Looking For Essential Degree or equivalent in Social Work. Registered with Social Work England. Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience in Adult Mental Health. Strong working knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding procedures. Experience managing complex caseloads. Confident in assessment, report writing, and multi-agency working. Desirable Previous experience working in a Local Authority Mental Health Social Care Team.
