Recommend and implement minor and major environmental adaptations to support service users’ needs. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive and person-centred care plans. Provide training and guidance to service users and their families on safe moving and handling techniques. Maintain accurate records of interventions and outcomes in line with professional standards. Participate in ongoing professional development to remain up to date with best practice and industry developments. Requirements HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist. Experience within moving and handling practice. Valid driving licence to travel across the Bodmin community and surrounding areas.
