Liaise with criminal justice partners including police, probation services, solicitors, and courts, providing professional advice and mental health expertise. Work collaboratively with mainstream psychiatric and inpatient services to ensure continuity of care. Administer medication in line with clinical guidelines and Trust policies. Provide support, advice, and information to carers and relatives to ensure a holistic approach to care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with Trust standards and governance requirements. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
