Respond effectively to safeguarding concerns, crisis situations, and emerging needs. Develop and implement child-focused plans to ensure safety, stability, and positive outcomes. Work collaboratively with families, schools, and partner agencies to deliver timely interventions. Court (Care Proceedings) Team Manage complex public law cases involving care proceedings. Prepare clear, evidence-based reports and statements for court. Work closely with legal teams and partner agencies to support permanency planning. RequirementsTo be considered for this Children’s Social Worker job, you must: Be a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration. Have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualifying experience working in direct employment with an English local authority Children’s Services team. Have strong experience in safeguarding, assessments, and statutory social work practice. Be available to attend the office weekly as part of a hybrid working model.
