Through their Rising Stars programme, They offer structured development including fully funded NVQs and mentoring.RoleAs a Field Care Supervisor, you will work closely with the carers out in the field and with our Registered Manager. You will be the main point of contact for staff and clients, delivering supervision and mentorship of new carers, checking their competencies and ensuring best practice is being used at all times.
