The business is a market leader within its sector and offers a strong platform for engineers looking to develop within modern manufacturing.You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, supporting continuous improvement activities and working across a range of automated production equipment to ensure maximum site performance and reliability.Sector – Factory Maintenance (FMCG) Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer• Engineering qualification • Experience within a UK manufacturing environment. • Strong electrical capability Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance • Strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems. • Experience working on automated production machinery. • Experience supporting continuous improvement and small project work. • Ability to work alongside and manage contractors on site. • Strong understanding of health & safety and food safety standards. • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with site standards. Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer• Experience within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment. • PLC fault finding experience (Siemens S7 desirable). • Experience working on conveyors, packing lines or process machinery.
