What you will do:

• Undertake Care Act 2014 assessments, reviews, and support planning, ensuring person-centred and strengths-based outcomes.

• Manage a caseload of adults with complex needs, including older people, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.

• Lead and contribute to safeguarding enquiries (Section 42), ensuring effective risk management and protection of vulnerable adults.

• Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions in line with the Mental Capacity Act 2005.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:

• Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent)

• Evidence of continued professional development

Registration & Compliance:

• Registered with Social Work England

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005

• Enhanced DBS clearance
