What You Will Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care.
• Manage a diverse caseload including participation in specialised services such as the hands unit and pain management.
• Educate and advise patients on health promotion and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to patients and their families.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be HCPC registered and have a valid driving licence to travel between locations. Your ability to handle a wide range of cases and adaptability to different environments will be key.
