What you will do:

• Serve as a qualified autonomous practitioner with comprehensive knowledge and experience of all paediatric perfusion techniques and procedures.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate alongside the perfusion manager to ensure the clinical perfusion service meets the daily demands of the cardiac service.

• Train and supervise trainee and junior perfusion team members, contributing to team development and growth.

• Organise facilities and manage staff effectively to enable the clinical group to achieve both contractual and professional targets, including the ECLS service.

Person specification:

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential to ensure high standards of practice.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in paediatric perfusion is required to provide expert care.

• A valid driving licence is preferable to facilitate easy access to various healthcare facilities.
