What you will do:

- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct direct assessments through observations and tests, and implement evidence-based interventions for individual children or groups to foster their educational success.
- Statutory Work (EHCPs): Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plan processes by providing psychological insight and advice for SEN tribunals and reviews.
- Consultation and Support: Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to strategise and develop classroom inclusion plans and support emotional regulation.
- Systemic Work and Training: Deliver comprehensive training on topics like mental health, attachment, and trauma to school staff, enhancing overall school climate.
- Research and Policy: Engage in impactful research and advisement for local authorities, focusing on special educational needs and child development policies.
