NOW HIRING: General Operative (Gateperson)

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting a General Operative / Gateperson to join an active construction project in Penrith. The successful candidate will be responsible for manning the site gate, controlling access, and supporting the site team with general duties where required.

What We're Looking For

Valid CSCS Card

Previous experience working on a construction site

Good understanding of site health and safety

Reliable and punctual

Ability to communicate clearly with site teams and visitors

Valid Right to Work in the UK

Key Duties

Manning the site gate and controlling access

Signing visitors and deliveries in and out of site

Directing vehicles and site traffic safely

Supporting the site team with general labouring duties if required

Maintaining a safe and tidy working area

Following all site health and safety procedures
