What you will do:

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.

• Assist with daily living activities, including nutrition, hydration, and social engagement.

• Support residents with individual care plans, monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes to senior staff.

• Maintain accurate care records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

• Care Certificate (desirable)

Registration & Compliance:

• Understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures

• Knowledge of health and safety and infection control practices

• Enhanced DBS clearance
