Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

£50,000 – £55,000 | 12-Hour Shifts | Wednesday – Sunday (Mon & Tue Off)

⚙️ The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a range of industrial plant and process equipment within a fast-moving operational environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on industrial machinery

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to maximise uptime

• Reactive breakdown response to minimise operational disruption

• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

• Working collaboratively within a skilled, on-site engineering team

• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to engineering best practice

Shift Pattern

• 12-hour shifts

• 2 x Days and 3 x Nights per week

• Wednesday to Sunday

• Monday and Tuesday off every week

• Consistent rota with built-in rest days

Salary & Benefits

• £50,000 – £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability

• Background in industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or process-driven environments

• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, HNC, apprenticeship or equivalent)

• Proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
