⚙️ The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and reliably within a modern manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing equipment

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Reactive breakdown response to minimise downtime

• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

• Working collaboratively within a skilled on-site engineering team

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and engineering best practice

Shift Pattern

• 2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off (continental)

• Excellent work-life balance

• Predictable rota with built-in recovery time

Salary & Benefits

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills

• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environments

• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent)

• Proactive, team-focused mindset with a passion for engineering excellence
