What you will do:

• Review referral information to determine priority, risk, and required occupational therapy intervention.

• Carry out remote assessments via telephone and video calls to meet clients' needs effectively.

• Provide preventative advice, information, and guidance to adults, carers, and referring professionals.

• Escalate safeguarding concerns in line with statutory procedures to ensure client safety.

• Manage complex cases, balancing risk and intervention in a fast-paced environment.

• Complete assessments remotely using innovative solutions and technologies.
