• Assessments: Conduct complex assessments for equipment and major adaptations for children and adults

• Moving & Handling: Perform assessments to support independent living

• Equipment Provision: Facilitate provision of essential equipment and adaptations

• Collaboration: Work with colleagues and external partners to deliver holistic care

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development
