We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Workshop Assistant to join our busy Client based near Winchester . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with day-to-day workshop operations
- Preparing materials, tools, and equipment
- Supporting machine operators and engineers
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe
- Carrying out basic assembly, packing, and quality checks
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A practical, can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take instruction
- Previous workshop or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential
