What you will do:

Carry out comprehensive assessments of individuals and families
Develop and implement tailored support plans
Work collaboratively with clients, families, and partner agencies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records

Safeguard and support vulnerable individuals
Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration (e.g., Social Work England)
Experience in assessment teams is desirable

Ability to manage a complex caseload effectively
