Locum Social Worker Mental Wellness Team in Conwy UK earning £26.72 per hour Hourly on an Ongoing contract. Located in the heart of Conwy County, with an office in Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, this opportunity is for an experienced Social Worker who is ready to dive into a rewarding assignment approximately lasting 12 weeks with a possibility of extension.

What you will do:

- Place clients and their families at the heart of decision-making processes, focusing on achieving desired outcomes.

Skills and qualifications required:
- Social Work qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Experience working with vulnerable adults aged 18 and over
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983
- Strong team-working and interpersonal abilities
