What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with substance misuse issues and formulate appropriate management plans.
- Prescribe medications as necessary, closely monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to promote recovery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support for patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families about substance misuse and available treatment options.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care, adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements:
- Current NMC registration is required.
- You must have a degree or equivalent in Nursing.
- Recent experience working as a Non-Medical Prescriber or within the fields of Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol recovery, Needle Exchange, or Recovery is essential.
