Support the Team Manager in the daily operations of the Assessment & Intervention Team. Work alongside children and families with complex needs, conducting in-depth assessments. Manage a smaller caseload to allow for more focused intervention. Share your expertise through supervision, mentoring, and on-the-job training. Encourage high standards of professional practice and deliver reflective learning opportunities for staff. Requirements Social Work England registration. Substantial experience within children’s social work services, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and statutory responsibilities relating to children and families. Experience providing supervision, mentoring, or leadership within a social work team.
