Your role will have a significant impact on families needing support and guidance.What you will do: Support and manage all the Child Protection work within Flintshire Children Services for children remaining on the Child Protection Register.Oversee and manage most Court applications made by Children Services, ensuring cases remain in FIT until a plan of permanence is identified.Collaborate with the Permanency Team for cases transitioning through to the Adoption route or the Looked After Children system.Re-evaluate previous assessments and determine actions, whether it's downgrading, closing cases, or escalating to significant harm thresholds.Facilitate introductions into the PLO arena or formulate care plans approved by the Court for necessary cases.
