Build and scale a high-growth digital partnerships channel that directly drives broadband sales.Our Client has a requirement for a Digital Sales Partnerships Manager, who will be required to work on a temporary contract until 30th June 2026 basis in Keele.Role Purpose: Establish Digital Comparison Sites (DCS) and affiliate partnerships as a core new route to marketBuild the digital partnerships channel from the ground upIdentify, recruit, and manage high-value partners to drive broadband sales volumeSecure advantageous trading terms and ensure strong commercial performanceEnsure high visibility and ranking across partner platformsOversee operational and technical processes to deliver customer acquisitionContribute directly to achieving ambitious 2026 sales targets Job Role Responsibilities: Source and evaluate new affiliate and digital comparison partners aligned with strategic and commercial objectivesEstablish the Digital Comparison Site route-to-market as a major sales channelLead onboarding of partner organisations, ensuring smooth operational and technical set-upNegotiate and secure trading agreements, including commercial terms, SLAs, and performance expectationsEnsure agreements maximise return on investment and support aggressive sales targetsEnsure high daily rankings and visibility across partner platformsManage propositions, pricing, offers, and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teamsOversee end-to-end sales commissions processes internally and with partnersDeliver regular performance reporting, insights, and forecastingWork cross-functionally with Marketing, BI, Sales Operations, IT, and Finance to align technical and administrative processesResolve operational blockers swiftly to maintain partner confidence and channel performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with partner account managers and commercial teamsAct as the primary internal escalation point for partner-related issuesCollaborate internally to ensure proposition and operational alignmentMonitor competitor activity across affiliate and comparison site channelsIdentify opportunities to optimise conversion, ranking, visibility, and efficiencyRecommend channel improvements based on analytics, insights, and partner feedback Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Degree or equivalent experienceProven experience in digital partnerships, affiliate management, or comparison site channelsStrong commercial negotiation experienceExperience managing performance-driven digital sales channelsStrong existing industry networkExcellent commercial judgement and negotiation skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship-building and partner management capabilityStrong organisational and project-management skillsAbility to manage technical onboarding and operational processesGravitas and credibility when dealing with senior stakeholdersProactive and results-driven approachResilient and adaptable in a fast-paced growth environmentComfortable working independently and owning a strategic channel Desirable: Industry-specific accreditations (commercial, partnerships, digital marketing)Telecoms or utilities industry experienceExperience scaling a new sales channel from inceptionExperience in GTM strategy within a digital environmentUnderstanding of CRM systems (HubSpot)Experience with partner integration technologies or tracking platforms Company InformationAt First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people.
