Requirements: - A relevant degree or equivalent academic qualification. - Eligibility for Chartered Membership of the RTPI. - Solid understanding of development management, enforcement, planning policy, and related material considerations. - Knowledge of commercial motivations and constraints affecting businesses and developers. - Proven experience in assessing or preparing planning permission applications. - Strong negotiation skills, and experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders including elected Members, developers, agents, and the public.
