Crevichon Ward is a 17‑bedded Adult Acute Mixed Inpatient Unit recognised for its innovative and evidence‑based approach to mental health treatment, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. This role offers varied and meaningful day‑to‑day responsibilities within a supportive and progressive clinical environment.
What you will do
- Coordinate the management of the ward in the absence of a senior nurse, maintaining high standards of care delivery.
- Assess, plan, implement, deliver, and evaluate personalised care for a designated group of service users.
- Guide, advise, and support junior staff in delivering effective care programmes.
- Assist patients and service users with daily living activities in accordance with individual care plans.
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary professionals.
