What you will do
- Deliver high‑quality Occupational Health MSK physiotherapy services focused on early and effective return‑to‑work outcomes.
- Conduct functional assessments, provide evidence‑based treatment, and complete detailed workplace assessments.
- Carry out accurate clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments both face‑to‑face and via remote consultations.
- Advise management on employee fitness for work and recommend reasonable workplace adjustments.
- Ensure all rehabilitation practices align with national clinical standards and professional guidelines.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Ability to travel between Daventry and Rugby.
- Desirable:
- Experience or a strong interest in Occupational Health and MSK physiotherapy.
