What you will do:

• Perform routine and complex haematology and coagulation analyses using Sysmex XN and Stago analysers.

• Accurately interpret blood film morphology, maintaining high standards of laboratory practice.

• Participate in quality control and assurance procedures to ensure service efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain precise documentation of laboratory procedures and results.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care and clinical decision-making.

• Mentor and guide junior staff while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
