What you will do:

Coordinate the full Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.

Liaise with schools, health services, and families to create comprehensive, individualised EHCPs.

Facilitate meetings and reviews, updating plans as required to reflect progress and needs.

Provide expert guidance to parents, schools, and stakeholders on EHCP procedures and best practices.

Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
