Locum Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse – Adults Community Mental Health Team – Harrogate – £26 per hour – Full Time/Part Time – Minimum of 6 months, likely to be ongoing

What you will do:
- Improve the lives of individuals experiencing mental ill health by delivering excellent services that promote recovery and well-being.
- Show compassion and understanding when addressing the needs of patients and their carers.
- Collaborate as part of an integrated community team, working alongside local authority services to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain professional accountability and responsibility for patient care, carrying out a variety of clinical and therapeutic interventions in homes and community settings.
- Act as lead professional or care co-ordinator when needed, ensuring continuity of care.
- Encourage social inclusion and community participation through patient care.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical advice to fellow registered healthcare professionals, associate practitioners, community support workers, and students.
- Commit to and lead activities essential to the Trust’s Quality Improvement System.
- Consistently promote a positive image of individuals with mental ill health.
