What you will do:

• Support the LMS & Resources Manager to carry out the core functions of the service efficiently.
• Administer School Uniform and School Milk grant claims with precision and attention to detail.
• Monitor and manage the reconciliation of school meals and income, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Process invoices for debtors and creditors and manage the raising of orders.
• Respond to general telephone and email enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Use Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, to perform tasks effectively.
