An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Occupational Therapist to join the Children’s Neurodiversity Team in Croydon. What You Will Do:

  • Lead the development and delivery of Occupational Therapy services for neurodivergent children
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies
  • Deliver specialist assessments and interventions for children with complex needs
  • Support and upskill professionals across health and social care settings
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care
  • Contribute to service improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in paediatric and neurodiversity settings
  • Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
  • Full UK driving licence
