What you will do:
- Assess children who have been referred to the Youth Justice Service (YJS), tailoring specific approaches to each case
- Complete and oversee plans crafted to support change whilst enhancing the safety of the child and others
- Deliver targeted interventions with expertise and care, influencing positive outcomes for the children
- Work dynamically within a multi-agency network, collaborating closely around each child for cohesive support
