Reception; greeting visitors and dealing with mail (in and out)Site filingScanning in of all documents and uploading to Viewpoint and Fieldview (full training will be given)Updating of all registersTyping of minutes of meetings/letters/general correspondence/reportsEnsure receipt from sub-contractors of required information (plant check sheets, toolbox talks, H&S information)Drawings - keeping drawing rack up to date with drawings and schedulesMaintaining and ordering stationeryMaking tea and coffee for meetingsUpdating contact directoryCollating monthly returnsTyping up daily labour totalsAssisting with community benefits. What We’re Looking For Applicants should have excellent typing and computer skillsDisplay a good telephone mannerBe capable of maintaining site office proceduresThe successful candidate should have experience of team working as well as being able work on their own initiative.Experience within the Construction Industry is preferred but not essential.Experience with Viewpoint for projects is preferred but not essential. Design Managers are professionals who manage design teams and all the processes in relation to producing a set of construction issue deliverables that a building can be built from.The design management role can encompass overseeing internal and external design consultant teams, controlling the development of the design concept into manufacturing and managing the installation information. This can be a challenging and highly satisfying role with the Design Manager playing a key part in the overall success of a project.
