As the Removals Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the removals and logistics services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional service standards. You will play a key role in workforce management, scheduling, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Removals Operations Manager duties include: Lead and support the operations team, including drivers and logistics staffPlan and schedule jobs, vehicles, and personnel efficientlyEnsure smooth daily workflows and timely service deliveryCoordinate with clients and internal teams for complex movesManage fleet maintenance, compliance, and health & safety standardsMonitor performance, implement improvements, and control costsRecruit, train, and develop team membersResolve operational issues and handle escalations The successful candidate will have proven experience in an operations or team management role within removals, logistics, or transportation, ideally with 5+ years in the moving industry.
