Essential Requirements Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).Minimum of 6 months' recent post-registration experience within mental health services.Must have completed PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) training.Experience within acute mental health, inpatient or psychiatric services is desirable.Knowledge of mental health legislation and recovery-focused care.Strong assessment, communication and clinical decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable or willingness to obtain one.
