What you will do:

- Provide expert leadership and guidance to staff and patients in substance misuse, ensuring accessibility and support whenever needed.
- Act as a critical communication link between internal service locations and the external healthcare environment.
- Offer clinical supervision and assistance to nurses in specialist roles, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Play a pivotal role in developing the Non-Medical Prescriber role and collaborating on increasing NMP numbers.
- Oversee and ensure robust clinical governance procedures across the team.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and disseminating clinical policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Produce and present accurate reports in line with targets set by commissioners and the NDTMS.
