What you will do:
- Conduct professional assessments and care interventions aligned with legislation and the requirements set by the College of Occupational Therapists and HCPC.
- Supervise, manage, and provide support to staff as needed, ensuring a high standard of practice.
- Enhance the skills, knowledge, and overall performance of the Occupational Therapy team, contributing positively to the community.
- Work closely with adults in the community to understand their needs and devise tailored care plans.
- Maintain comprehensive records and reports that comply with HCPC standards.
- Collaborate with other health and social care professionals to deliver integrated care.
