What you will do:

Conduct independent reviews of children's cases, ensuring their needs are being met and safeguarding is effective
Facilitate meetings with children, families, and relevant agencies to review and plan future interventions
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and assessments of case reviews
Collaborate with social workers and professionals to keep the welfare of children central to all decisions
Advocate for children by challenging service provision where necessary and ensuring statutory compliance
