What you will do:

• Lead and manage a caseload of children and families, including complex Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases.

• Undertake statutory assessments, risk assessments, and care planning in line with the Children Act 1989 and local authority procedures.

• Provide practice supervision, mentoring, and support to social workers and practitioners within the team, promoting reflective and evidence-based practice.

• Contribute to and lead multi-agency safeguarding processes, including strategy meetings, child protection conferences, and core group meetings.
