Locum Social Worker in Adults Locality Team, Gloucestershire UK - £35 per hour, Mon 4 May 2026 - Fri 3 Jul 2026, full-time, 37 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:00.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Locum Social Worker to join our vibrant Adults Locality Team in the heart of Gloucestershire, with four-month-long locum contracts available and the possibility of extension. You will earn an impressive £35 per hour whilst making a real difference in the community.

- Apply the Three Conversation approach to engage individuals, focusing on their strengths and needs.
- Provide urgent support to those in crisis, working to regain control and security in their lives.
- Facilitate access to community resources, strengthening social networks.
To join our team, you must be registered with Social Work England and have completed your ASYE or have equivalent experience in a statutory setting. A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are required, though exceptions may apply under the Equality Act.
