Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our Autism Hub Team at Le Vieux Jardin in Guernsey. What You Will Do

• Work closely with colleagues and senior staff to provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

• Use the Active Support Model to empower service users in promoting independence in daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and cooking.

• Act as a co-key worker for allocated service users, ensuring they receive tailored, individualised support.

• Facilitate community access and promote social participation for service users, enhancing their inclusion in society.

• Contribute to the overall safety and supportiveness of the environment within the Autism Hub.

• A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive service vehicles as required.
